The trustees shared that these “Skill Enhancement Programs” have made a real difference, especially in underdeveloped regions, helping women break free from traditional limitations and carve a niche in fields like digital marketing, small business management, and content creation. The program has improved competency, fostered professional skills, and thereby enhanced their employability in the fields of content writing, graphic design, web development, digital marketing, and business development.
