Quantum Mutual Fund Appoints Manish Sharma as Head of Sales
Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], July 3: Quantum Asset Management Company (Pvt) Limited (Quantum Mutual Fund) today announced the appointment of Manish Sharma as its Head of Sales. With over two decades of robust, multi-channel executive experience across India’s premier financial sectors, Manish will lead Quantum Mutual Fund’s comprehensive Retail, Digital, and Institutional sales function, expanding its strategic partner footprint and accelerating the firm’s next phase of distribution growth. In last year, Quantum expanded across the country by opening new locations and now stands at 13 locations across India.
Manish transitions to Quantum Mutual Fund from Edelweiss Financial Services Limited, where he was responsible for building the distribution for the Public Alternates as the Head of Sales.
Throughout a distinguished 20+ year career in the Asset Management, Insurance, Wealth and Banking (BFSI) sectors, Manish has earned a reputation for building high-performance, scalable sales engines and fostering high-value corporate alliances across key Indian geographies, with extensive pan-India exposure spanning the North (Delhi, Chandigarh), South (Bengaluru and other key cities), and West (Mumbai) regions
Before joining Quantum Mutual Fund, Manish Sharma held senior roles across JM Financial Asset Management, HDFC Life, and State Bank of India, where he built strategic alliances, distributor channels, and premium banking portfolios. He has also held leadership positions at Reliance Capital (now Nippon AMC), Aditya Birla, and ICICI Bank. His experience spans mutual funds, alternative assets, wealth management, bancassurance, and digital distribution.
