The Great Place to Work® certification is regarded as the ‘Gold Standard’ that organizations around the globe aspire to achieve. A significant achievement in itself, this certification recognizes a work environment conducive to employee growth and development, leadership skills of top management, employee empowerment, and a strong corporate culture. Based entirely upon real feedback from an organization’s employees, McKinley Rice required at least 70% of its employees to report a consistently positive experience within the company. Moreover, the organization has to meet a positive rate of 46% or higher and a Trust Index
score of 65% or greater, as prerequisites.
