Sikhs Have a Major Role in Nation Building and Sikh Youth Must Come Forward To Continue This Legacy: Rajnath Singh

September 20: Rajnath and Puri released book “Shining Sikh Youth of India”. Rajnath Singh and Hardeep Singh Puri applauded the contribution made by Sikh Youth in all sectors.

To commemorate the 400th birth anniversary of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib, a book Titled “Shining Sikh Youth of India “ authored by Dr Prabhleen Singh was jointly released by Shri Rajnath Singh, Defence Minister of India and S. Hardeep Singh Puri Petroleum and Natural Gas Minister of India at DRDO Bhawan, Delhi on 17th September. This book covers the hundred inspirational and motivational success stories of Sikh youth in India who have done exemplary work in their respective fields the book carries the inspiring life stories and messages for today’s youth from these icons inspiring upcoming generations towards a prosperous life. While at the event, the Defence Minister addressed the young achievers and lauded the Sikh community for their contribution in India’s struggle for freedom, saving Indian Culture and their glorious history. S.Hardeepsinghpuri talked about three key principles of Sikhism NaamJapo, KiratKaro, and VandChako and asked Sikh youth to selflessly devote to the service of humankind and Nation Building.

Dr. Prabhleen Singh conveyed that it is a matter of great pride and honour to witness the exemplary work done by these youngsters, and he considers it as Seva that Guru Sahib has blessed him. Those who were present on occasion were S. Tarlochan Singh Ex- M. P, Dr. P. S Pasricha Former DGP, SANDEEP Singh Sports Minister, Haryana, Dr. Rajinder Singh Chadha (Raju Chadha), S.Vikramjit Singh Sawhney(WPO) and other elite Sikh Dignitaries from across country.

Dr. PARMEET SINGH CHADHA is also part of this esteemed book and was present at the Book Launch. Dr. Chadha is a Delhi based Sikh Youth Entrepreneur, Motivator, Mentor and Social Worker he holds some eminent positions across various social forums. He is the Founder & President of the World Sikh Chamber of Commerce, a Worldwide Non-Profit Sikh Networking Platform comprising Sikh Businessmen, Professionals, Entrepreneurs and Start-Ups from all across the globe. He Is also the Delhi Coordinator of the Young Progressive Sikh Forum (YPSF). Dr. Chadha greeted Rajnathsingh and Hardeepsinghpuri and Gifted a beautiful framed Indian Flag to both of them.
